Below
are the usage details for the various
methods of using our system to send
email:
Webmail:
You are limited to 50 emails per
day.
PC Software (such as Outlook)
using X9's smtp servers: There is no
limit apart from a maximum of 100
recipients per message.
Distribution List: This can be
used as many times as you like.
Although it is limited to 2500 users
per list.
Web Servers: Scripts running on
the web servers are limited to 1000
emails per 12 hours.
For any other email
marketing using a distribution method not
listed above, or if you are using any of
the above distribution methods and you
need to exceed these limits, you will need
to apply for an X9 bulk mail clearance
certificate. Without this certificate,
you run the risk of having your account
suspended.
We
would like to take this opportunity to
remind you that we have a
zero
tolerance
policy on users
sending unsolicited email. In the event
that the X9 Internet system is
deliberately used for this purpose, the
users' account will be deleted.
Users who order hosting accounts using
stolen identities and stolen credit cards
and stolen PayPal account details are
quickly found by our spoof-ip decompiler,
proxy finder and ID-finder. We work
closely with all global police forces and
we reserve the right to refuse
service.
