Each time your site is accessed, the web server
logs information regarding the hit to a file. Data
stored includes the date and time, the files
downloaded, the referring site and information
about the user's computer. We analyse the log file
for your site each day to produce your graphical
statistics.
In circumstances where our graphical
statistics do not fulfil your needs, you may
enable the storage of log files for your account.
The web server will retain log files for the past
14 days enabling you to download them for analysis
using your own software.
Downloading Stored Log
Files
To utilise the log files stored for your account
you must download them from the log

Notes On Log Files
